Connect your EPOS, kiosks, ordering app, kitchen screens, payments and delivery platforms into one joined-up system. Fewer tablets on the counter, no re-typing and one set of reports.
The problem: too many disconnected systems
Many restaurants run a separate tablet for every delivery platform, a till that does not talk to the kitchen and reports in several different places. Staff waste time re-typing orders, mistakes creep in and you never see the full picture.
What we connect
- Truelogic EPOS, counter ordering and self-order kiosks
- Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders into one queue
- Your branded mobile ordering app and website
- Kitchen display screens and printers
- Card terminals and online payments
- Digital menu boards, with prices kept in sync
- Reporting, accounting exports and business systems
Our process
- Audit: we map your current systems, devices and order flow.
- Design: we recommend a joined-up set-up and explain the costs.
- Build and test: we connect each system and test real orders before go-live.
- Go-live and support: we support your team through launch and beyond.
